Any member that withdraws or loses its membership

is to remain committed to the legal dealings and

results of its Unified Regional Bureau membership

period.

The Unified Regional Bureau is entitled to freeze the

membership of any of its members in the case of not

honoring the limits in paragraph (3) on Article 2 of this

Agreement.
